Walter is a Sr. Level Software Engineer who has been designing, developing and testing software since 1983. He owns CHB Consuilting, Inc. out of Rockledge, FL, which has several software products on the market. Between the work on the company software products and contracts for outside cliewnts, he has developed a wide range of skills and knowledge. His primary focus is on desktop database applications using VB.NET or C#.NET and versions of SQL Server. He enjoys presenting, and helping others to learn.
